The first Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI) and System Mapping Approach (SMA) workshop took place on 13th March 2024 at EV ILVO premises in Ghent, Belgium.
The workshop was organised in the context of WP2 “Empowerment and RRI” by the two lead beneficiaries EV ILVO and XPRO that closely collaborated to organise a concise and logically connected workshop.
The main objectives of the RRI-SMA workshop were to:
- Bring all DETECTIVE partners together to discuss and to co-agree one common view towards the empowerment of the targeted stakeholders (enforcement authorities, laboratories, developers, and agri-food operators).
- Create RRI awareness to ensure RRI application in all DETECTIVE work packages.
- Continue the co-creation of the first draft systems map, initiated during the DETECTIVE kick-off meeting workshop, with a particular focus on the technical approaches of the stakeholders’ and products’ needs.
